[Special Lecture Series] “Financing for Transport (PPP) and Law: How Indiana/USA Obtained $3.8 Billion from the Private Sectors and Without Public Funds for Its Roads”

As part of the special lecture series, Prof. Xuan-Thao Nguyen of Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law, U.S will discuss the radical vision that Indiana/USA adopted to spend zero public funds yet obtained $3.8 Billion USD from the international and domestic private sectors for its roads.
The presentation will discuss how Indiana/USA was successful in meeting its radical vision. Specifically, what legislation and statutory laws were created to materialize the vision? Most importantly, what is the results for Indiana roads? This presentation demonstrates how public policy and law work together in achieving the common good.
