[Special Lecture Series] “LOOKING BACK OUR SPECIAL LECTURE SERIES: U.S TORT LAW AND THE ENVIRONMENT”

On Friday 12 November 2021, UEL lecturers, students and other participants had the privilege to study U.S Tort Law with Professor Andrew R. Klein from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.Professor Andrew R. Klein is the Paul E. Beam Professor of Law and the Dean of Robert H. McKinney Law School from 2013-2020. Professor Andrew R. Klein has won 10 student teaching awards during his career. He is also the author of a number of casebooks and textbooks, namely “Toxic and Environmental Torts: Cases and Materials” (Thomson/West 2011), “Torts: Cases, Problems and Exercises” (Lexis/Nexis 4th ed. 2013) and “Mastering Tort Law 2nd Edition” (Carolina Academic Press 2016). The lecture was extremely engaging and has received positive feedback from lecturers, students and other participants. We appreciate the effort from Professor Andrew Klein and our participants in bringing the lecture to fruition despite the time-zone difference.———————-

Klein từ Trường Luật Robert H. McKinney thuộc Đại học Indiana.Giáo sư Andrew R. Klein là Giáo sư Luật Paul E. Beam và là Hiệu trưởng Trường Luật Robert H. McKinney từ năm 2013-2020. Giáo sư Andrew R. Klein đã giành được hơn 10 giải thưởng về giảng dạy trong suốt sự nghiệp của mình.
