Ngày 01-02/8/2023, Viện Pháp luật Quốc tế và So sánh, Trường Đại học Kinh tế – Luật, ĐHQG-HCM, một trong 17 đối tác nhận tài trợ bởi EU JULE JIFF đợt 4, đã tham gia chương trình tập huấn nhằm nâng cao năng lực quản lý dự án tại Hà Nội.
Chương trình tập huấn có sự tham gia của TS. Đào Gia Phúc (Viện trưởng, Viện Pháp luật Quốc tế và So sánh, Trường Đại học Kinh tế – Luật, ĐHQG-HCM), ThS. Lợi Minh Thanh (Trưởng phòng, Phòng Tài chính, Trường Đại học Kinh tế – Luật, ĐHQG-HCM), CN. Nguyễn Thị Minh Nghĩa (Chuyên viên, Viện Pháp luật Quốc tế và So sánh, Trường Đại học Kinh tế – Luật, ĐHQG-HCM) cùng với gần 60 đại biểu khác đến từ 6 tỉnh, thành phố địa bàn của Quỹ JIFF.
Qua 2 ngày tập huấn, các đơn vị đã chia sẻ, thảo luận nâng cao kiến thức, kỹ năng trong việc quản lý dự án, quản lý tài chính; thực hành giám sát, đánh giá và học hỏi (MEL); tìm hiểu các chính sách bảo vệ (Safeguarding); cập nhật quy định về truyền thông.

Dự án do Quỹ Thúc đẩy Sáng kiến và Tư pháp (EU JULE JIFF, gọi tắt là Quỹ JIFF) tài trợ. Đây là một trong hai hợp phần của dự án “Tăng cường Pháp luật và Tư pháp tại Việt Nam” (EU JULE) do Liên minh Châu Âu tài trợ và Bộ Tư pháp làm cơ quan chủ quản. Mục tiêu của dự án là nhằm góp phần tăng cường xây dựng pháp quyền ở Việt Nam thông qua hệ thống tư pháp tin cậy và dễ tiếp cận. Tổ chức Oxfam tại Việt Nam được lựa chọn đóng vai trò là Ban Thư ký, thay mặt nhà tài trợ EU và Ban Chỉ đạo dự án để quản lý và hỗ trợ thực hiện các Sáng kiến trong khuôn khổ Quỹ JIFF.

On August 1-2, 2023, the Institute of International and Comparative Law (IICL) at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, one of the 17 partners funded by the EU JULE JIFF Phase 4, participated in a training program aimed at enhancing project management capabilities in Hanoi.
The training program had participation of Dr. Dao Gia Phuc (Managing Director of the Institute of International and Comparative Law, University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City), Mr. Loi Minh Thanh (Head of the Finance Department, University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City), Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nghia (Research Assistant, the Institute of International and Comparative Law, University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City), along with nearly 60 delegates from 6 provinces and cities under JIFF.
During the 2-day training, the participants shared and discussed ways to enhance knowledge and skills in project management, financial management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning MEL, understanding safeguarding policies, and updating regulations on communications.

This project is designed and implemented under the EU Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme in Viet Nam (EU JULE) framework with the financial contribution from the Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF). The JIFF is one of two components of the project “EU Justice and Legal Empowerment Programme in Viet Nam” (EU JULE), funded by the European Union, to promote the rule of law in Vietnam through an accessible and reliable justice system. The Oxfam Organization in Vietnam was selected to act as the Secretariat, on behalf of the EU donor and the Project Steering Committee to manage and support the implementation of the Initiatives within the framework of the JIFF.
